This was one of the best all around dining experiences that I have ever had. Every bit of the food that I had was excellent and it was so nice to be able to dine with my wife in an environment where she felt safe with any of the food choices. The other members of our party (some who would have never agreed to go if they knew in advance it is a dedicated gluten free restaurant) also seemed to enjoy the food. The service was also excellent, as our server, Stacy, went above and beyond to provide knowledgeable information and a comfortable environment.
